Walk-ins join via QR code at your door. Appointments are booked in advance via your booking page. Both appear on the same staff dashboard, sorted by time and priority.
From the staff dashboard you can star any customer to move them to the front. Appointments are automatically treated as priority over late arrivals.
Open the TV display link on any screen or smart TV browser. It shows a live queue board — currently serving, waiting list, and your QR code. It auto-refreshes every time the queue changes.
The kiosk is an iPad-friendly self check-in screen. Returning customers enter the last 4 digits of their phone number to check in. New customers can also join the queue directly.
When a customer joins the queue or books an appointment, they can optionally enter their email. They receive a confirmation and a notification when it's their turn — no SMS costs.
Yes. You can invite staff by email. They get their own login with a role (Staff or Manager). Staff can manage the queue; Managers can also edit settings and invite others.
From your owner dashboard, go to QR Codes. You can download your join QR, appointment booking QR, TV display QR, and kiosk QR — all as high-res PNG files.
